You're not broken—you're just doing a lot.

I help overwhelmed moms raising neurodivergent families reconnect with themselves, so they can parent with peace, show up with confidence, and actually love the life they're living.

If you're constantly putting yourself last, doubting your strength, and feeling stuck in survival mode—I see you. You're not failing. You're not too much. You're just carrying a lot, and it's time someone reminded you that you matter too.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You love your kids fiercely, but some days feel like you're barely keeping your head above water
  • You're the calm everyone else depends on, but inside you're anything but calm
  • You've forgotten what it feels like to be you—not just mom, not just the one who handles everything
  • The guilt spiral hits hard when you need a break or want something for yourself
  • You're doing everything "right" but still feel like you're not enough

Here's what I know: You're not broken. You're not doing it wrong. You're just ready to stop surviving and start thriving.

What if feeling like yourself again was actually possible?

I'm not here to fix you or give you another overwhelming system to manage. I'm here to walk with you as you rediscover who you are beyond the daily chaos.
