About Me

I'm De—

an overwhelmed mom turned unshakable guide for those just like me.

I know what it's like to feel like you're drowning in your own life.

My daughter was born hard-of-hearing. Toddler meltdowns exploded daily. My husband didn't get it. My mother-in-law had opinions from the 1800s. And me? I cried in bathrooms, screamed into pillows, and still somehow became the calm in our family storm.

Years later, my son arrived six weeks early—all 2 pounds of him. Another perfect baby turned volatile toddler. I read, researched, raged—and then I found the book. The one that helped me set boundaries without losing my heart.

That's when things changed....

Meltdowns eased

I found my rhythm.

I realized: I can do this.

Not perfectly. But powerfully.

You're not broken—you're just doing a lot.

I get it because I've been there. Raising neurodivergent kids in a world that doesn't always understand. Working full-time while managing everything at home. Putting everyone else first until you disappear completely.

But here's what I discovered:

You can't pour from an empty cup, but you also can't wait for someone else to fill it.

During the chaos of Covid, my eyes opened to something I'd been missing.

Mental wellness wasn't selfish—it was survival.

I finally saw why prioritizing myself wasn't just important but essential.

I learned to set boundaries with love. To breathe joy back into my days. To show up for my family without losing myself in the process.

My mission? To help you love your life—not despite the chaos, but through it.

Now I help overwhelmed moms raising neurodivergent families reconnect with themselves. I teach them how to:

  • Parent with peace instead of panic
  • Show up with confidence even when life feels like a lot
  • Create tiny moments of calm in the daily storm
  • Let go of the guilt and actually enjoy being a mom

This isn't about perfect systems or flawless parenting. It's about finding your footing when everything feels unsteady. It's about discovering that you're stronger than you think—and that's enough.

I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to walk with you.

My Background:

I've always been the one people turn to when life gets hard. The listener. The one who finds light in dark places. Even through my own chaos, I was always the one who could see the silver lining buried in the mess.

My Education:

Honestly? My real education came from years in the trenches of neurodivergent parenting, learning what works and what doesn't.

My Why:

Because I know what it feels like to lose yourself in motherhood. And I know what it feels like to find yourself again. That journey changed everything—and I want to help you find yours too.

Ready to make peace feel possible again?

You deserve calm, even in the chaos. You deserve to feel like yourself again. And you deserve a guide who gets it.
